Homemade Ferrero Rocher

Ok seriously, this homemade Ferrero Rocher recipe has your name written all over it ā€“ so indulge in a guilt free way and delight your epicurean senses! šŸ’šŸ˜‹



Ā½ cup hazelnuts
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
Ā¼ cup ChocolateĀ Hazelnut Butter
Ā¼ cup dates
Ā½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt

Hazelnut Topping

Ā¼ cupĀ ChocolateĀ Hazelnut Butter
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted


  1. In a food processor or high powered blender, blend the hazelnuts, cacao powder and sea salt into a powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and leave in the freezer to set for an hour.
  3. To make the chocolate, mix together the hazelnut butter and coconut oil.
  4. Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture and leave to set again in the freezer for another hour.
  5. These balls are best served at fridge or freezer temperature.


Makes approximately 10 balls
